CQUniversity offers a range of scholarships and funding to make a quality education accessible to all and those who may not otherwise have the opportunity. Every year we provide approximately A$24 million to support international students to reach their full potential and build on their education aspiration.

International Scholarships

The below scholarships are available to international students. All scholarships are subject to terms and conditions. You must meet eligibility criteria and enrol in a relevant course at a CQUniversity campus in Australia.

Eligibility criteria Completion of most recent studies
  • Meet the MORA eligibility requirements on the MORA website
  • Be a citizen of Indonesia
  • Apply for a CQUniversity research higher degree
  • Meet the academic requirements for entry to CQUniversity
  • Be offered a place in the course
  • Commence full-time enrolment as an onshore international student at CQUniversity
People from developing countries who will undertake full time undergraduate or postgraduate study at participating Australian institutions.
  • Attained an overall grade of at least 65% or equivalent in your most recent studies
  • The scholarship is not transferable to other campuses.
  • Remain enrolled at a CQUni regional campus
  • Maintain a valid Student Visa for the duration of your scholarship
  • Maintain ongoing residency in the regional area where your study is based, for the duration of the scholarship
  • Submit a 500 word study statement at the time of application
